Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations (LEED, Mostadam, SBC).

•Lead stakeholder relationships, including vendors, clients, and certification bodies, to align projects with sustainability goals.

•Oversee LEED/Mostadam certification—from design guidance to documentation and final approval—while managing teams and deadlines.

•Monitor industry trends and resolve conflicts to maintain a competitive edge and project compliance.

•Support cross-functional tasks (MEP, energy analysis, IAQ) and talent initiatives to ensure project and organisational success.
